Sol Sender

Best known for his historic work leading the development of the Obama’08 identity, Sol has spent more than 20 years as a multi-disciplinary creative leader and agency executive, bridging design, technology, and strategy to drive business growth for a diverse clientele including GE, Motorola, Citadel and IBM. His creative philosophy is focused on closing the gap between brand promise and all aspects of organizational performance. He lives in Chicago with his family and plays old time fiddle whenever he can.

Ben Edwards

Ben has led product, design, marketing and technology teams — as Publisher of The Economist Online, as head of corporate marketing at IBM, as IBM’s Chief Communications Officer, and as Vice President of PayPal.com. Ben’s change philosophy emphasizes demonstration over theory. He is passionate about building teams that learn, and has deep expertise in design thinking and agile methods. Before working in business, Ben spent 10 years at The Economist writing about it. He lives with family and horses in Colorado.
